Ready-to-Use Microcement
After preparing the base surface flatness and ensuring good detail condition (priming with primer), apply two layers
of ready to use MicroPremixed coarse with a metal trowel, with a maximum thickness of 1 mm per layer, drying
each layer. The drying time for each layer depends on environmental conditions during application. At temperatures
between 15-23°C, each layer’s drying time can be 8-12 hours. At temperatures between 23-35°C, drying time is 4-6
hours. Ambient humidity is also a decisive factor, as drying is slower at high humidity (>70% w/w). Sand each layer
with 40-grit sandpaper to remove defects.

MICROPREMIXED - READY TO USE MICROCEMENT
MicroPremixed is a new ready to use pre-mixed microcement. It offers excellent performance and is simple to
apply, with no need for water or resin mixing. It delivers
a superior, continuous decorative finish, significantly
enhancing construction efficiency by accelerating
the application process and eliminating the need for
on-site mixing. The product is ready to use straight
from the bucket and has a hardness comparable to
ordinary two-component microcement, with a mineral-like
appearance. Additionally, its waterproof nature ensures
it does not crack or break, making it especially suitable
for integrated wall and floor indoor & outdoor applications. Its exceptional adhesion properties and minimal
thickness allow it to be applied to almost any surface.
USES
MicroPremixed is suitable for:
• Continuous coating on interior and exterior floors,
walls and ceilings.
• Coating of furniture/joinery, kitchen countertops,
counters, etc.
• Underfloor heating and fireplace (the open flame
alcohol fireplace is not suitable; do not exceed 100
degrees.
• Kitchens, bathrooms, terraces and stairs.
• Indoor applications where occupants are present.
• Interior and exterior feature walls coating.
• Not suitable for high-traffic floor areas
• Coating of art decoration, artistic cement furniture
decoration, and integrated prefabricated buildings.
• Application on residential, stores, offices, lobbies, etc.

APPLICATION METHOD AND USAGE
1. Surface Preparation
Before applying the MIcroPremixed microcement, the surface must be properly prepared. It should be dry, clean,
and free of dust, grease, or dirt. Previous varnish or paint
layers must be removed, especially if damaged or deteriorated. Repair, reinforce, or seal joints, if necessary, before
priming. Apply primer to the substrate before application.
2. Colour Mix
1. Strictly follow the specified ratio on the colour card to
mix the pigment into the MicroPremixed paste.
2. Stirring with a high-power mixer (continue mixing for at
least 5 mins) to ensure even color distribution.
3. Let the mixed ProPremixed sit for over 5 minutes, then
stir again before use.
3. Consumption
The better the surface flatness and preparation,
the better the performance, lower material cost, and
shorter application time. Choose the appropriate
method for each application.

4. First Step / Base Coating
After preparing the base surface flatness and ensuring good detail condition (priming with primer), apply two layers
of ready to use MicroPremixed coarse with a metal trowel, with a maximum thickness of 1 mm per layer, drying
each layer. The drying time for each layer depends on environmental conditions during application. At temperatures
between 15-23°C, each layer’s drying time can be 8-12 hours. At temperatures between 23-35°C, drying time is 4-6
hours. Ambient humidity is also a decisive factor, as drying is slower at high humidity (>70% w/w). Sand each layer
with 40-grit sandpaper to remove defects.
5. Second Step / Surface Coating
Depending on the desired aesthetic effect, apply two layers of MicroPremixed surface layer (fine or medium finish)
with a steel trowel, spreading very thin layers with a maximum thickness of 0.5mm. Use the “wet-on-dry” technique.
Allow the previous layer to dry before applying a new one, lightly sanding with 220 grit sandpaper. For the final layer
and before sealing, sand with 400-grit sandpaper.
6. Third Step / Sealing
Before sealing the MicroPremixed microcement, let it dry for at least 48 hours. Apply a layer of PRIMER (diluted 1:1
with water) with a roller, then apply two layers of two-component protective topcoat with a drying interval of 3 hours
between layers. Let it cure for at least a week to achieve optimal performance.
7. Maintenance、
Allow the two-component protective topcoat to dry for at least a week before contact with water.
The two-component protective topcoat achieves full chemical performance in two weeks.
Do not use cleanser or covers within two weeks.
Clean with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner or soap to prolong the sealant’s life.
Do not use harsh cleaning products such as bleach, acetone, or hydrochloric acid.
PRODUCT POT LIFE
The pot life of the Micropreixed (ready to use) at approximately 20°C is 3 months after opening, After mixing with
the color tint, the color stability lasts for five days
TOOL CLEANING
Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use. Once the material hardens, it can only be removed by
mechanical means.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
This product includes cement as a component.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during use
• Minimize contact with eyes and skin and prevent inhalation of dust particles. The use of respiratory protective equipment is recommended.
• Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment, such as rubber gloves and safety goggles.
• The product should not be applied when the ambient temperature is below 5°C or exceeds 40°C.
• In cooler temperatures, higher humidity, or poorly ventilated environments, microcement may dry very slowly.
This can result in uneven colour due to extended drying times, especially in areas where the coating is thicker.
Conversely, in higher temperatures, the workable time is significantly reduced, necessitating more coordinated effort among workers to avoid visible join marks. Dispose of empty containers following applicable
regulations.
Empty containers must be disposed of according to current regulations. Keep out of reach of children.
The product contains silica, which may release respirable silica particles during sanding. It is recommended to
use appropriate respiratory protection to mitigate exposure.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
The product should be stored in its original sealed container, protected from weathering, at a storage temperature
between 10°C and 30°C, in a dry and well-ventilated place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The shelf
life is 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly
