The external design of this building thoughtfully employs a framework structure, with the frames intersecting each other. This interplay of frames creates a space that is not only concise but also three-dimensional and atmospheric in its overall presentation.

The lobby walls of this building are primarily decorated in cement gray, showcasing the texture of exposed concrete. This design reflects a modern office space with a natural and rustic industrial style.

The interior upper space retains the original aged cement rough walls, creating a unique texture. The micro-cement walls with the distinctive texture of exposed concrete complement the raw ceilings, seamlessly blending historical tradition with modern renewal.

The neatly arranged staircase and micro-cement walls create a strong sense of order and arrangement. The use of adjacent colors enhances visual continuity, providing a sense of infinite extension and a vertical depth experience in the aesthetics.
